We’re so happy to bring Munchie magic your way — we currently ship across Canada and the United States. 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination, the weight of your order, and the shipping method selected. Just pop in your address and you’ll see the most accurate rate available for your location.

Processing Time

Every order is packed with love, intention, and care. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships.
During promotional launches or sale events, our team may need a little extra time—up to 5–8 business days—to prepare everything for you.

➕ The same applies to Wholesale orders. Custom shipping quotes will be provided based on order weight and destination.

Shipping Methods

Your order will be shipped via the carrier and method you choose at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking number once it’s on its way.

Delivery Estimates

Shipping timelines are estimated in business days and do not include weekends or holidays.
Once your order has been packed and handed off to the carrier, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your Munchie delivery every step of the way ✨

Once your package is in transit, arrival times are in the hands of the carrier. We don’t have control over shipping delays, but please know—we always do our part to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

📦 Please note: Seasonal volume or carrier disruptions may affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience—each order is prepared with care and love.

Local Pickups

Available in Saskatoon, SK — if selected at checkout, we’ll email you when your order is ready. Pickup details will be sent to the email on file.

Please collect your order within 15 days to avoid restocking.

Returns & Exchanges

Each Munchie Studio piece is handmade or carefully curated with intention and love—from bracelets and necklaces to glass cups, totes, and future merch. Because of the nature of our small-batch process and for hygiene and quality assurance reasons, all sales are final.

This means we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

We kindly ask that you double-check your order details before placing it, especially for items like bracelet sizes or personalized selections. If you have any questions before ordering, we’re always happy to help clarify—just send us a message at hello@themunchiestudio.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packing and inspecting every order, but if your item arrives damaged or if something feels off, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. Email us at hello@themunchiestudio.com with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can assess and make it right.

Munchie Studio is not responsible for:

  • Shipping errors due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout
  • Delays, losses, or damages caused by the postal carrier
  • Stolen packages after confirmed delivery
  • PO box restrictions
